About

The PharmD review process

inPhormacist is built around a simple operating principle: scripts can gather and organize evidence, but public content requires pharmacist review.

Source ingestion

Official and public sources enter the KB as raw evidence metadata.

Draft extraction

Draft notes stay clearly marked until reviewed.

PharmD review

Reviewer and date are recorded before public eligibility.

Public export

Only approved_public records reach the website JSON.

Review standards

Every public record must be source-backed and marked approved_public.
Evidence level, source count, review date, and reviewer metadata are displayed when available.
Educational decision-support language is required across public pages.
No public page provides individualized clinical care instructions or medication-use directions.
